Five minutes, no contact form. See how standardized your environment really is and where risk is accumulating.
Take the AssessmentBook a 15-minute IT Fit Call with an engineer. Name, company, phone, and email are all we need to hold the slot.
Book Your IT Fit CallGet a budget range for IT support and cybersecurity based on your headcount, devices, industry, and revenue. Runs in your browser; nothing is captured.
Slow support, recurring outages, security blind spots, and endless "one-off" fixes don't happen because technology is hard. They happen because most IT environments are built on exceptions, tribal knowledge, and undocumented decisions.
Traditional MSPs respond to the chaos. We remove it.
because systems behave predictably
because controls are enforced, not optional
because standards replace guesswork
Boring IT isn't a weakness. It's a competitive advantage.
We aggressively standardize everything that can be standardized — and when something can't, we isolate it and manage the risk transparently.
If it can be standardized, we standardize it.
If it can't, we isolate it — and make the risk visible.
Standardization is not a preference. It is a security control.
Without standardized tools, configurations, and policies, it is impossible to reliably:
We do not lower standards to match budgets.
We raise standards to reduce risk.
If an environment cannot be standardized, it will be isolated and the risk made visible.
That's not arrogance.
That's how predictable, secure IT actually works.
If you're considering a more disciplined, security-first IT model, the next step is evaluation.
The Readiness Assessment determines whether your organization is structured for standardization — or still operating reactively.

Executive Risk Brief
They have become an integral part of our success.
Managed IT Solutions has been a trusted and reliable business partner for HCW Employee Benefit Services since 2002. During this time, we have found that Rob does not simply deliver technology for technology sake, but he delivers IT solutions to help resolve the business issues we have faced. As we have grown from 5 employees to over 40 employees in a very dynamic industry, MITS has demonstrated their creativity and created value for our company. They have become an integral part of our success.
Todd Y.Managed IT Solutions is there to resolve all of my IT issues.
As one of the very first customers of Managed IT Solutions, I have truly had a chance to grow my business along side Rob Downs. Rob is a very genuine business owner that understands the real value in going above and beyond the call of duty for his clients. Since day one MITS has been there in encouragement of compelling my business to its true potential. I have an unfaltering confidence in the work that is performed by Rob and his team of technicians; as my experiences with Managed IT Solutions have been more valuable than words can justify.
Joey S.Hooked on Proactive
Time is money and very important to me. When you have multiple office personnel and the system goes down, you get hit not only with the cost of repair, but also the cost of downtime. With Managed IT Solutions' monitoring service, they oftentimes know before I do when there's a problem with my network and proactively resolve it before it escalates and impacts my bottom line. I receive monthly reports which update me on issues resolved in the background which could've disrupted my day-to-day functions, had they not been detected. When we do have to call, we always get a quick response and resolution. To me, the benefits we reap from retaining Managed IT Solutions as our IT firm are a key consideration in our monthly budget. I know we aren't the only customer they manage, but it feels like it, because we get such great support when we need it!
Scott R.Our IT Readiness Assessment shows how standardized your environment really is — and where hidden risk may be accumulating.
No contact form.No phone number. No soft exits.
From first conversation to a clear plan
Fifteen minutes on what's not working, what you expect from a partner, and whether it makes sense to continue. Not sure yet? Take the Readiness Assessment first.
If there's a fit, we scope a cybersecurity risk assessment so the plan is built on what is actually in your environment, not assumptions.
You get the findings, the recommended standard, and the investment in writing. Then you decide whether to work with MITS.
Before we talk
Straight answers to the things business owners usually ask before booking.
No. The IT Readiness Assessment is a free five-minute structural check you take online. The Fit Call is a conversation, not a network audit. If we both see a fit, the next step is a scoped cybersecurity risk assessment before any ongoing agreement.
Yes, when the roles are clear. We co-manage with internal IT at several clients: they own day-to-day user requests, we own standards, security controls, and monitoring. What we won't do is manage around an environment nobody is allowed to standardize.
Most businesses have something that can't be modernized: a line-of-business application, a lab instrument, a controller on the shop floor. We don't pretend it away. Constrained systems get isolated, documented, and governed, with the remaining risk stated in writing.
Yes, and you should. Transitions go better with lead time. We'll tell you honestly whether it's worth moving and map the timing around your renewal.
Onboarding is a project with a plan, not a switch flipped over a weekend. Documentation, credentials, and monitoring move first; user-facing changes are scheduled and announced. Most clients notice the first 90 days as fewer tickets, not more.
If you're done with reactive support and ready for a structured, security-first approach to IT, start with the Readiness Assessment or book a call.
